Coke owns shares in - Mcdonalds (including disney)
Coke OWNS: sprite, mellow yellow, Mr. pip, nehi

Pepsi own shares in: 7up (but they do not own it)
Pepsi OWNS: taco bell, Kfc, all pepsi products, including Moutain dew, dr. pepper, and several other smaller devisions.

And of course, they both own a little bit of each company to keep compation healthy.
