i need to know how to put a pic/banner under my saying

If what your calling is a saying is the sig. Then its easy. Make a image that is 600x40 or less, upload it to a host and use

[img]url[/img]

That code to link to it. If you use a host such as Geocities, you will need to change the extension to .txt to get pass their direct linking shit.
