Can't leave opinions...

I was about to leave an opinion on an amv today, when I scrolled down to the bottom of the video info, only to find that there was no 'submit opinion' link. I checked on the info pages of other amv's, and the link is gone on those, too. The only amv's that allow me to give opinions are ones that have 2 or less op's already given. Any video that has an average score has no link next to it.

I was thinking that it might just be due to my browser (I use Internet Explorer), but I just thought it was odd because it's never happened before. Has anyone else had this problem?

If there is a local link, and a direct link to the video, you must download the local version to leave a opinion.

it means your not logged in at that moment.

I made sure I was logged in, checked again, and there is still no link on the majority of the videos profiles I look at. Plus, if I wasn't logged in, I wouldn't be seeing that link on any video profiles...but I am able to leave an opinion on videos with 2 or less opinions. /:
