okay a long time ago my boyfriend accidentally donated under my account. he emailed phade more than once telling him it was a mistake and to remove my "donation status"
well it still hasn't changed so he finally decided just to pay the donation. so he charged it to his card under my account, but the "donation due" thing is still showing up on my screen. that was a couple weeks ago now.
so i wanna know why it's says i still owe. if his credit card bill shows up saying he paid the donation here, i want the status removed.

Well that's odd. Maybe something just went wrong when he was trying to pay and it didn't go through.
Sometimes the staff here seems to be pretty lax about actually getting back to people, but in the few years the site has offered donations, I haven't know them to screw anyone out of their money. Just definately keep a watch on the credit card statement, and if you are trying to email, make sure and use a good subject line.

If he paid with credit card via paypal, you won't have to wait for the creditcard statement. Paypal sends a confirmation email to you, with the recipient's account information, the amount, and the date. You can forward a copy of that email. That should let them make sure and connect the right donation to your account.
If you don't have that email anymore, your paypal account should still have a record of the last month or two of activity. It would be easier to use paypal for reference, than to share a copy of your credit card statement.
