deleted vids need star ratings?

When a video is deleted from the database, should that also remove it from all user's pending star ratings list? I ask because I have a video listed there which was deleted after I downloaded it from local storage.

Sure. As long though, as the video stays recorded under the "My Downloads" page.

Why should it be deleted from the pending stars page? You still downloaded it, didn't you? Just because it's not on the local server anymore doesn't mean you didn't download it. There are a lot of Evanescence videos that were downloaded and watched. Just because they're not allowed to have links anymore doesn't mean they don't deserve to be starred by the people who *did* download them before the rules changed.

Don't be stingy. It's not like those videos will ever get any new stars once the pending ones are done. At least this way there's still a remote chance of feedback for them.
