The FFVI Character Project is what I'd like to upload and the filesize is 122 MB. Also, I tried to upload once not knowing I needed permission so I apologize for that. Hopefully that didn't mess anything up.

That should be it. Never used it myself.To request permission, simply go to the video upload page, and obtain a username and password. Then, on the page with username and password, there will be a link allowing you to request and oversize upload, subejct to Administrator approval.
