First to say, this is like the first time I'm downloading things online and this happenes to me... Never did before... so cut me some slack...
I got how to download the AMV's, but when ever I do, It automaticly loads it on to the internet explorer media. I want it to be saved as a windows media player file... on my harddrive and stuff... but that screen that usually asks if you want to save or open now just isn't there... How do I change that?
I need help here... using the site...

Windows Media Player is trying stream your vids, trying to play them on the website instead of downloading. There are a couple ways you can get around this.
Open Internet Explorer and go to 'tools,' options, advanced, and then scroll down to the 'multimedia' section and click the 'do not play online content' box, the 'do not play animation on websites' box, and the 'do not play videos online' box. This may make IE download instead of letting wmp stream.
Open Windows Media Player and go to options - unselect the option for 'connect to internet'. This should prevent it from connecting automatically, so it won't be able to even try to stream videos. You can also go to a folder where you have a few wmv videos, right click one, and deselect the option to have windows media player as the default player.
The quickest way around this problem is to ignore it. This means, nab a new browser - Firefox or Opera - they don't have this problem. You can get opera for free at www.opera.com, or do a google search to find Firefox.
