Redownload star issue.

I'm not 100% sure, but it seems at the moment if you redownload a video it acts as though you never gave a star to it and counts towards your ten. I was forced to delete over 40 videos, some of which I need to review in order to leave opinons for. However, I can't due to the star issue.

never mind, the bug seems to have fixed itself
