How to add a contest?

How do contests get put onto the list? I'm talking about the list you use when marking what contests your video participated in.

If it's something that has to be done by mods, is there any way we can get Yaoi-con 2004 added to the list for last year?

If they don't/won't do it themselves (or if they just forgot or don't know about this site etc.), it should be fine. I had to do it for my local con last year
