Ummm......I am not using my account but my brothers. I need help. I cannot log in because it says authentication failed. I have tried all the steps to try and make it work but it doesnt help. Please give me some suggestions!

Have you tried to have them email your name and pass to you?

You've tried all the steps you can try. What steps are these?

Tell us what you've tried and we'll see if there's anything you've left out. Also, what web browser are you using, Internet Explorer or Firefox/Opera/etc?

I have tried all the steps on the AMV help and I am using Internet Explorer. And I have e-mailed them but they have not responded.

Might be hotmails fault. Did you check the junkmail filter?

Or block a-m-v.org?

I've tried the junkmail filter and it won't send me a password. Man this is confusing.
