Change/Review Old Star Ratings?

Early on I was able to change/review the star ratings I gave to videos I downloaded but I am not able to anymore. On the update stars section, if I just pressed the Update Stars button without updating any videos, it would give me a list of all the videos I have downloaded along with my score and an option to change. Now it just keeps repoping the same videos I haven't given a star to yet. Do I need to finish reviewing all videos before this option returns, has this option been removed, or is this a glitch? Any info would be appreciated.

The top line says pressing the "set star rating" button will allow me to edit it but I don't see this button.

You can change the star rating by going to My Downloads and clicking on the star number that you want to change. After that you can click update stars.

In other words, yes, you need to finish reviewing all videos before the option returns. You can't see your entire list until you 'score' the newly downloaded local vids. ^.~
