problems uploading and downloading

first uploading
the program is really hard to use and it will be of much help if someone could send meby mail( eddie_the_trooper87@yahoo.com ) or to tell me a webpage where i can download an ftp thing server for free really not a trial pleaseand then i may try again thanks

Now downloading
i have noticed that to download a local video you must have been a member for more than two weks and i have been a member for more than two weeks and i cant still download whats wrong and what with the indiorect?

For downloading, no one can really help unless you give some information on whats wrong. Just "it doesn't work" doesn't really tell us anything.

downloading is fixed but the ftp server says that it cannot connect to serverit says wrong password and i just dont get it i already asked the amv org to send me the passwords again but im not sure of the prob but thanx for replying and is that face yours?

Make sure you input the username and password exactly as itshows it to you on the upload screen.
