UserGroups?

im just wondering why theres no usergroups... is the site still working on it? ..or.. are people just not interested enough?

Usergroups are used - it's just the groups are hidden.

Moderators are a usergroup, for example.

heh heh, I often get that same question. people see the usergroup button up there and get curious.

usergroups are used for administrative purposes, though, so setting up user groups isn't something a site does just for fun. ^_^

I can understand why you would want something like that, but it serves no purpose as far as a usergroup goes. read the FAQ of the board to learn exactly what usergroups are used for, and it'll make more sense.

only reason to group people by studio, would be to look up a studio and see who is in it, but this can already be done (kind of) on the site. go to 'search vids' and type in the name of the studio you're looking for. you'll see all the video entries for that studio, which is an indirect way to view the members. if there is a way to look up just a memberlist for each studio, I haven't found it, but it would be a nice feature that someone might suggest at some point.
