Loal Download Issues

Whenever i try to download a local video, I click on the "Local" link, and explorer begins processing and my cursor starts processing, but it just continues to do this for as long as I can stand to wait. I have been a member for more than two weeks, so I'm out of my probation period. Can anyone offer any help?

I'm pretty sure clearing your cookies will fix that - I get that exact problem a lot. Try this:

log out of your account and close the browser
right-click the explorer icon
go to 'properties'
click 'delete cookies'
click 'delete files'
click 'settings'
click 'view files'
manually select and delete the remaining cookies
hit okay and go back to the main 'properties' page
click 'clear history'
open a new browser, log back in, and try again.

If that doesn't work, then it's another problem - in which case...you might try Opera, but only if you have to. ^_^;
