Hello [Download help]

Hello. i'm new. And happy that there is another vandread fan out there besides me.
I just want to know why i can't download Pie Row Mainac's Quahog Kombat. Maybe I'm not pressing the right buttons, but the only like I can find is the one that says local, and then it just says that I don't have the authority to access that page.

New members have to wait 2 weeks before they can download locally hosted videos (unless they donate) - you can still get the direct and indirect ones, though.

Also, we don't have an 'introduction' section anymore, but in the future, post questions in the 'site help' section. ^.~

Hello, one of the mean ole' site admins will prolbally lock your intro thread. Cause, like, they don't believe in them:

I actually like intro threads b/c you can kinda get to know the people when they get here and they get to know us, so welcome to the forums HWAT! (Newbie threads happen alot so it's ok-I did it too!)

I have wait for 2 weeks and when I'm download..There's no window download..

And a link appear but it said error : You download this video too soon from your last download !! Please Help
