Ok, I went through all the steps for my videos, but I can't upload them. Is there anything extra that I'm not doing?

Did you check the box before you hit the 'confirm upload' button? What problem are you having? Where (while following the steps) are you unable to upload?

You might also check Moonslayer's guide to upload - it could help some.
