I've been meaning to ask the same thing. I recently uploaded a new AMV but there isn't a preview link . It's been almost a week but no preview link has appeared. Then I downloaded the APP to see if the preview link is there but there was none either. Can this be fixed?

I think it is still being worked on. I'm sure they'll have it working again at some point.

There is not much else we can do but wait for the streaming server to work through it. Keep an eye on any pending preview videos and let me know by PM if you still do not see it appear after 3 days.
I've just been informed that the server is having hardware issues, but we do have a backup in the works. Until then, please continue to add the videos to the Local server, and we will get your streaming videos encoded when the new server is installed and running.

To my knowledge, no one's previews are working right now. It's an issue that is still being worked on. Sorry about that!

Server reboot in progress which should fix it. It'll probably take a day or two after that to catch up with the video encoding backlog (that is, to generate all the preview streams that failed while the server was broken).
