I want ot switch out a video in the local upload with the HQ one I ment to use..
Is that possible?

Go to the 'edit my videos' page, scroll down and click the 'delete' link. Tell them you want the local file deleted so you can replace it with a high quality version of the file.

It might take a while for them to get to your request, so be patient.
