Addint Bold and such to an AMV description

Hey,
I'm trying to figure out how to add Bold type when I enter a Video Description for an new AMV that I uploaded. I figured that I'd use "[b][/b]" syntax or so but didn't work. What's the proper syntax to bold a sentence in th Edit My Video section?

Right above the comments box wrote:allowed tags: a, i, u, b, em, strong, strike

It's HTML syntax, not the phpbb used on the forums.
