Favorite Anime

How would I be able to wipe out my entire list of Favorite Anime, or at least delete some.

Change the number of the entry to 11 (anything over 10) and it will be moved off the list. Do that to all entries, and your list will be blank. If you have trouble changing an entry, there's a sticky about that - you have to check all the 'false' titles and check and number the 'real' title.
