Specific Scene: Uploadable?

Ok, I have a new AMV and while most of mine are clear cut yes or nos on uploading to the site, this one has one segment in it that's about 10 seconds long that I'm not entirely sure about.

The scene is from earthian and Chihaya and Kagetsuya are kissing. Both are male, and Chihaya's shirt is open, and Kagetsuya is wearing no shirt. The kiss pushes back on the bed, but the segment ends with Chihaya turning from his kiss. You don't see anything exposed, other then the chests, but because of the fact that there is a bed involved, as well as kissing, I'm not entirely sure it wouldn't be beaten under the "no sexual nudity" thing.

The video itself is about the relationship, and there's nothing else I'd say is questionable in the vid. I'd be happy to send the vid to any of the admin to review if that's necessary.

Anything from Earthian is fine.

Compared to scenes from Bronze/Zetsuai and even Ai no Kusabi - both of which have been used in local videos without complaint - Earthian is tame.

I also think you're a little overcarefull now - as long as it isn't really offensive - witch i don't think it is.
