http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... hp?v=50298 is currently showing me an average Effects rating of 10.001 after 30 opinions. Must be one heck of a video.

I've seen it happen with other statistics systems, but never figured out why. Rounding error somewhere? Bad floating-point implementation? The old Pentium-4-can't-add bug? And is there the possibility of sanity-checking, at least?

Addendum: To paraphrase a MediaWiki bug discussion for a statistics bug I reported, "Sanity checking is all well and good, but we ought to make sure that things remain sane in the first place."

Fixed. It was a printing problem, not a math problem.

Seriously. I know this bug for so many years. I guess since 2004 and I thought that it is something not fixable, because it´s so obvious and there already would be someone who reported the bug xD
