I don't actually know if he 'learned his lesson' because I don't know what he did to be permanently banned. But I voted yes. If his crime was spamming and breaking rules on purpose because he didn't think he'd get in trouble - well, I've seen at least one other person do that vagrantly - and not been banned or even publically warned. For the sake of fairness, I'd say let him in to run amuck with the rest of the spammers. There are a number of them here.

If no one minds them, what's one more?

I think it'd be absolutley RECICULOUS to unban SpPanda before unbanning Mr. Bucket. Bucket should never have been banne din the first place.

I'm all for unbanning SpPanda, but for the love of God, unban Bucket too.

Spanda was banned?? That explains y i havn't seen his posts on the site latly. my vote depends on what he did. Can anyone fill me in on what happened?

Also, if we're going to bring Spanda back, does that mean we're going to give Sammy a second chance too?
