what tool do you use to make an AMV igot a Inuyasha DVd but how am I gonna get that DVD progarm into the tool to make it work, am curently have the Window Movie Maker 2 but i cant get the DVD progarm in. I dont know how. When i try Imported the disc is blank and i dont know why. Can someone tell me a new tool or help with the curent one i got?

You need some software to rip and convert your dvd into useable files. Check the how-to guides in the box on the main page, you need to read the technical guides. It looks hard but if an old guy like me can do it you can. You need a dvd ripper like dvd decripter or others they list and a convertor like flask mpeg. The guides show you where to look and how to use the software.

That also happened on my computer some years back, but I got it solved. I switched from Windows XP to Windows ME and then I used DVD Decrypter and after that I was able to rip the DVD.

This hobby has a learning curve. If you're not able or willing to overcome this, then i'd choose another hobby.
