Ok im not a new amv creater, i know the ends and out of what i want to do, i have everything in my aresenal for my next big creation and i have one problem, my cd rom broke 3 months ago and i want to buy a new one. a dual layer preferably. does anyone have any suggestions, money is no problem here.

Get the Lite-on SOHW-1693s, it's 16x dual layer, it's inexpensive, and it reliable. I thing Newegg sells them for around $40.

I've already burned several hundred DVDs in the past few months and it I've had only one get messed up due to the power going out.

thanx everyone for the help, i really liked your feed back and i got a dual layer 16X dvdr/RW drive, then i bought the extra needed hardware to make it an external dvd rom for my notebook

thanx for the help, it cost me a whole paycheck to buy it
