New Graphics Card...Broken Computer...

ok just got Radeon 9800 Pro

go home put it in

then go ontothe desktop and the resolutions screwed so i go to change it and then it crashes so i reboot and then go to the ati site to get the new drivers i open the web brwoser and the computer chrashes...

it reboots but goes to the start windows in safe mode etc and then when i try to start in safe or even in nromal it just restarts i try going into bios thingy etc no luck... just stays at safe mode screen...

i try putting back in the old card Nvidia Geforce FX 5200....

and reboot and it stays at the sfae mode screen option and keeps rrestarting any ideas people????

i have gave it to ym dads friend in hope hell fix it but i aint heard any word from him as of yet...

any one have any suggestions?

and for all you people who complain and question everything liek

"well hows he typign thsi post if his computers bust..."

well the answer is im at school so...there ya go

Go find your XP disk.
Throw it in, fire up the recovery console.
Login.
fixboot

thanks for the advice but i aint got the comp in this hosue its at my dads friends house he should be fixing it for me, if he has no luck ill mention to him what you said about the xp disk etc. thanks ^^
