Having problems Riping the Avi off my DVD

Hi dose anyone know how i can rip the the Movie off of my dvds so that they are the highest quality afterward i keep getting grainy or scan lines all in them and i want to make a nice crisp amv here lol

just wondering
and i have been playing with the settings on my riping program alot, still not getting the results im looking for

anyone using a program that can rip the raw vid off the dvd without loosing any quality if so tell me what it is please

Additionally, your signature is too big. 40 + 40 < 101.

Well I'm making my first video currently, and i strongly recommand showbiz 2, this program allow me to rip, cut, edit, past, insert, special effect, and everything thust far i ask it to do + it stable as earth (hasn't crash once for me). Only problem with the program is the interface is a tad hard to figure out at first.
