That's not the DMCA, that's COPPA, and people under 13 are allowed with parental consent :)

Can we get a lock here? We've got a violation goin on and I don't think we need this topic anymore simply because a noob didn't read the guidelines. Normally in a situation like this, I would go and explain everything about the site to the noob (seeing as how the majority of noobs are kinda dim-witted). But in a case of where we have a noob who isn't even at the certian age to even be here, let alone make a topic, we should just get rid of the topic before saiyukix decides he wants to start a flame war.
