Backwards?

OK...searched, couldn't find anything on this so here goes

Does anyone know of anyway in Adobe (or in general) to get a video clip to play in reverse?

(Yeah, this sounds like a stupid question

but it's driving me nuts since I wanted to attempt it briefly with this current project)

Speed= -100% should do it.

You know... a forum seach in the video forums with the search term "reverse" found 13 topics, most of these ask and answer the same question.

It would have been quicker using the search than waiting 20 minutes for the reply.

Chill Ian, I like helping people, even if it is a question that has been asked before. Some people get irritated at it, but I like helping. It gives me a feeling of satisfaction... We were both newbs at one point too dude.

Hey I don't begrudge helping people! I was just saying that if you need an answer it is often quicker to search the forum than to ask again.

I wasn't complaining about the question, just pointing out how much quicker it can be to use the search function.

as for "in general", the AviSynth Reverse() method should do all you need it to.
