Best render settings for AE

Hello I've been always using Vegas and now I want to start using After Effects but I don't know which render settings are better for you guys.

I'm not a professional and I don't know MLG stuff so I'll just say that I want it to have a decent quality but without having too much bytes, I just want you to tell me which ones do u use and think are better.

You'd use pretty much the same render settings you'd use in Vegas. Encode the video using a lossless codec like Lagarith or UTVideo, and then use a different program like Zarx264gui to encode that to a small, distributable .mp4 file.
