  • Profile: I've been making music vidoes since 1987. Most of the videos I've created are from SF Series such as Star Trek, etc. Most were done for conventions, panels or club viewings

    Briefly, the following is a summary of what I have done (don't want to enter all of them since most are non-anime):

    7 Doctor Who videos - 1988
    12 Star Trek videos - 1991 to 1998
    10 Other Shows (X-Files, Babylon 5, etc) - 1994 to 1997
    3 Battlestar Galactica videos - 1998
    5 Star Wars videos - 1999

    All videos prior to 1998 were done with two VCRs although I have converted them all now to digital and remastered about 6 a few years ago

    My first Anime Music videos were to Orange Road, Gundam 0083, Akira/Megazone using two VCRs back in 1993/94. I almost entered two of them at AX 1994, but missed the deadline and forgot to hand them in at registration!

    Since then I've been creating Amime videos on My PC. My first video capture card I used was a Pinnacle DC50 on which I did Villianous Destiny, Memories Dance and Love Hurts. Since then, I've got a new system with a matrox RT2500 which I've used all the way up to 2012. At the moment, I have a brand new system loaded with tons of RAM so I can render entire videos in After Effects!

    Recently, I've been very busy running AMV Rooms at cons and have had not as much time for AMVs, I still am able to make one at leastt every year and hopefully I will find time to make a few of my mega project ones at some point.
