Casshern Sins may be a meandering story that takes a while to get to the point, but it has a deep message and handles themes that most anime shies away from, like the concept of death and mortality. It's not for everyone, but you can't deny that it has a distinctive and pretty exceptional style.
Casshern Sins says no.
Ah, deadlines. There’s something intoxicating about racing the clock to completion; a primal sense of urgency that spurs you to work until the wee hours of the morning, battling sleep deprivation and mental exhaustion alike. Awakening the next morning tired, but resolute. I love it. I love stumbling upon the perfect clip to use and placing it at a key position on the timeline. I love getting lost in the music, just closing my eyes and seeing how that next passage should go. I love that giddy sense of accomplishment when a section works even better than I had imagined. I even love when my video gets burnt to a crisp by my beta-testers; it’s painful, but after a few days of reflection, I feel born anew.
But what I love most is when I finally find the path to “the end.” I can see it now, in the distance. It’s so close, I can feel it.
I KNOW! What's scary is that site is, uh, rather active. I'm not sure what that says about Tales fans...
All you Tales fans out there...
