I knew the instant she mentioned her shop being too poor to hire a model that they'd end up using Chihaya instead.

Yeah, me too - it's simply awesome. I'm glad that they got to the present, I can't say I didn't like the past but I like shows with teenagers so... I hope Chihaya and Taichi start dating but I also hope that if they do, they won't ruin the anime.
I feel really bad for Taichi T_T. He really likes Chihaya, and is really bothered by Arata. Especially when he texted him for wishing Chihaya a good birthday. Chihaya obviously likes Arata, which you can tell since pretty much the beginning. I wonder if Taichi will step up his game now like he did with eating the crust off her spoon.... love triangle ...
Seriously this show is just so good that I'm actually waiting in anticipation every week for a new episode. And also screaming at the screen when an episode ends. XD
I love how they show a little of everyone else's difficulties and not just Chihaya's. Makes it a lot more interesting imo. And Arata's reaction to the huge list of emails Chihaya had sent him was epic.
I'm glad Arata's not a dick and actually was having email trouble. I can actually recall a similar situation that happened to me...the person trying to reach me sent 12 text messages and went through 4 emotions before I was able to get my phone fixed and read them >_____>
I am really getting into this series. I will say this thank you for it being longer then Saki. I know Saki is a bit of an ecchi anime at times but what annoyed me is the cliff-hanger ending and then not really doing a season two. One thing that I really expect to happen is some sort of strong ending that will tie up the series. But what is more interesting is the love triangle going on right now.
