Forum upgraded / Skype mod installed

Last night the forum was upgraded. I tried to retain all of the org's custom changes, but things might have inadvertently shifted around or disappeared.

A Skype profile field was also added. In order for your online status to appear, you have to turn on "Tools->Options->Privacy->Allow my online status to be shown on the web" in Skype.
