Mask the hex shapes with pen-tool and then zoom them in using pan/crop.

yeah masking could be the way^^but if ya wanna a better result i recommend photofilter for this kind of things^^it's easier than photoshop and you can download this program for free xDDD

it can make shapes such as exagons arrows rectangulars ect...
