I hardly ever eat cereal, but its usually heart healthy cheerios. Ever since I found out I have a slight irregular heartbeat, only found out during a ekg (ecg) test when I had a respiratory infection. Was told its not a big deal but the web says it can increase the risks of things like heart attacks and other mild symptoms. Anyway I usually eat blueberry eggos or poptarts for breakfast. If im really in a hurry its a blueberry muffin.
