Update for those who won an award this year (as well as last year)
I will be getting funding to ship the awards out (finally) and hope to have them shipped next week shortly after our next convention meeting. Anyway, those of you who have not confirmed your addresses I will be contacting to get a confirmation (or you can PM me with a confirmation, i.e. your address) and as soon as the funding has been given to me I will ship your awards out.
International award winners. As stated in the rules the convention will not be funding the shipping for your awards. However, I will be getting in contact with you for confirmation on your address and to begin negotiation for shipping costs. I will be shipping the awards through the Postal Service with offers the cheapest and easiest international shipping methods including allowing me to get quotes before actually paying for shipping. I currently have estimated pricing, but will have actual pricing when I contact you. I also regret to most likely not being able to ship your awards until after the holiday season is over if you are able to send funding when I contact you.
