But do we still need to wait a week after it premieres on Akross's site to upload to youtube/org/etc?

In case with YouTube, participant will be able to upload his/her own video after just 24 hours now. One week rule still remains for org though (and any other allowed websites).

If i manage to finish a AMV within the next 3 months i will compete. AkrossCon has always been fun. No promises though.

Gotta say i'm not a fan of the YouTube rule. It gets broken almost every year. By editors and third parties alike. But if that's what it takes i will comply. It's not like i'm at risk anyway.

I agree with Cenit as to me, the rule for waiting for YouTube at all honestly feels really pointless, and I know a number of editors who feel the same way. THAT BEING SAID, a day is a lot more reasonable than a week, even if I don't understand the point of it so I am very happy it is no longer THAT long. ^^

just haven't been actively uploading on here or even on youtube for that matter.
