I had a class final today, conveniently. So I haven't gotten through organizing all of the submissions from the last 2 days yet, I'll be doing that tomorrow afternoon and get back to you by then if you haven't heard from me already.

With the deadline extension etc. pre-judging has taken a bit longer than expected, so please hang in there I'll announce finalists here sometime tomorrow afternoon. The finalist viewing and winners will be announced Sunday. If you're at the con, it's 10am in Rosemont Ballroom.

Time constraints for the Rosemont Ballroom (1hr) mean we've had the difficult time of choosing 3 videos per category as finalists for tomorrow. There were a lot of great entries as well, so I want to thank everyone that submitted. Even had some comments during the full contest viewings about how hard it must be to choose

I want to thank all of the entrants again, especially those of you who submitted on short notice here on the Org. Attendees really enjoyed the contest viewings, and commented on the high-quality of the entries.

Our Best in Show winner will receive a Premium Box Set of Daily Lives of High School Boys, Witch and the Hundred Knight (PS3) from NIS America; and (the rest escapes me atm I'll clarify and update tomorrow)
Category winners will receive a Birdy the Mighty Decode box set (S1+2). Fairy Tail Vol3, and hardcover edition of Gundam: The Origin graphic novel.
Runner's Up will receive the Gundam: The Origin graphic novel.

It was definitely an experience to pre-judge all of the entries at the con, among the usual con hustle and bustle, so look forward to improvements in contest submission and preparation for next year. I'll definitely post info and keep in contact with everyone much earlier for next year, so I look forward to those creative efforts.

Seriously though, congrats to everyone who made it into the finals and won! Thanks for giving us a heads up about the contest on such short notice. I was glad I could submit something into Acen's contest. Would gladly send in something new next year.
