Ladies and gentlemen, Seishun-Con's 2012 AMV Contest is officially over. I just want to thank everyone that participated and or showed your support for the contest. Also, I'm going to take this opportunity to make the official "formal" announcement of the winners. We (Seishun-Con) received a total of 92 videos this year, so it was really hard for us to select just 5 finalist for each category. So even if your video didn't win, I want to tell you all that you are truly awesome AMV editors, and that Seishun-con is eternally grateful that you participated. Additional Notes:
*The Drama/ Serious category initially resulted in a tie between "Save the World" (milkmandan) and "Tollkirsche" (Warlike Swans). We had to re-show those 2 videos and have the audience vote a second time in order to get a winner. "Save the world" ended up winning by a single vote.

Pretty impressed with the entries this year 
A lot of great video for such a small con. Maybe next year we can drag some more locals and sort distance travelers out of hiding to make personal appearances.
