Which leads me to this question:

She then proseded to kick his ass until he decided to "play".

To answer your question:
A1: Roy and Riza told them where the nearest bridal and tuxedo shops were. Winry got excited and Ed got nervous.
A2: Roy and Riza told them where the nearest Victoria's Secret store was. Winry got excited, Ed got nervous, Winry then drags Ed to pay for whatever she buys.
