The Holiday SubSwap AMV!

What is it?
-One .mkv video file
-Multiple subtitle tracks
-Switching tracks tells a different story
[assuming you don't speak Japanese]

How do I watch different tracks?
-Use Media Player Classic (MPC) from the CCCP to select desired subtitle track:

-The same video will have a different story:

Can I make my own story?(optional)
Yes. It's easy! no joke.

1.Download the subtitle template I have provided here: [ 6.05kB <--really small ] "HolidaySubSwapAMV.InsertTitle.ass" with Notepad
3.change the dialogue + save
Image it in the same folder as "HolidaySubSwapAMV.mkv" and rename it like so:
-now when you play the video in MPC, your new subtitles should autoload.

Other Info.
-if you make any subs... I encourage you to share them!
-I might mux everything together in one .mkv file. ( *cough* if there is enough support )
-This is where AMVers can be creative without having to do any editing!

Local is hardsubbed with the original subtitles ( so the subs show up in preview :| )
indirect .mkv version contains 5 different storylines :o

As always, any feedback would be appreciated.
Merry Christmas,

An idea brilliant in it's simplicity. Hope to see some more subs!

This seems very intriguing.

I'm at a crappy connection right now but I'll get it as soon as I can.

Pretty nifty idea. I thought about doing this for a horror amv I'm working on only using different video tracks, IE in the actual video making them select from going left, forward, or right, and having video track 1 continue forward if they picked it and track 2-3 for left and right. I'm against it right now for compression reasons but it's still a nifty idea.

will ghet and edit comments.

Edit: Nothin really lawls invoking but it was enjoyable, evil fish will attack me otherwise stated. Sync was weird but worked for the most part.

If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to public liberty. What country can preserve its liberties, if it's rulers are not warned [...] that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants."-Thomas Jefferson
