Blue Stahli+KHR = Epic Action AMV?

What is this...? A new amv?! In how long?!

Yeah... been busy with school, but I am still alive and planning tons of AMVs!

Well, here's what I've been working on for the past few weeks to celebrate my new Reborn Boxset that came in the mail in September. The Melone base is my favorite arc within the future arc and that's what the boxset consisted of (episode 102-141). So there are a few spoilers for people who have not seen that far yet.

Wait, what? An AMV to celebrate me getting a boxset? ...weird? Not so much. A very proud purchase, so proud, it inspired me. (And the quality was just too gorgeous not to make an AMV of it right away)

I had fun editing just pure action, and it was great practice for my big project that is yet to come. I also tried some new effects, enjoy? My first Blue Stahli amv too!

KAZE, Y U SO AWESOME? XD Honestly I just love your Reborn AMVs and this wasn't an exception. I really like how you didn't abuse effects with this type of song and focused more on sync. Because not only did it make the AMV look so much sleek and cleaner(which is always pleasing to the eye) it's actually nice to see effort being put into scene selection and internal sync.

Also your zooms were pretty awesome too. Don't usually see you use them often but you did a pretty good job with them this time cause they feel...I dunno....unique? ME LIKE! I wasn't too fond of the blue-red swirly effect near the beginning but after a while it reminded me a bit of electricity and fits surprisingly well. The rest of your effects were pretty subtle too like the vertical blur at around 1:58ish, that was nice. The sync at 1:39-1:45 was also really neat.

And the Gokudera part left me fangirling for ages. *rewatches and fangirls some more* Yeah. IT WAS THE BEST AND MOST PERFECT PART OF THE AMV. Though that's not to say the rest of it wasn't, I'm just biased because I like Gokudera more. Can I haz a full AMV of Gokudera dedicated to me next please? If not I'll just take any Kaze editing. EDIT MORE WOMAN and release your bad romance amv dammit. XD

Kaze, you continue to seriously impress me. Solid action AMV with great quality footage, awesome flow, and just an overall fantastic work. Great summary of the Maron Base arc in action form. You should do one for each arc, and then publish them EVERYWHERE to get everyone wanting to buy the anime, which will in turn get us an english dub. :3

The only thing I want to mention is that some of the early edge feathering left a square in the middle of the AMV. Then again, I might be oversensitive to this. XD

XD When you said long post, you weren't kidding, girl! Thanks, glad you liked. =3 I always like trying out new experiments because I tend to get bored of my own editing...for some strange...reason lol.

And of course you have your Gokudera-ness! He's always in my amvs one way or another! (Unless I do like...a character tribute...which...are next anyway lol)

PFFF XD Oh Code, that made me crack up so badly. (Mainly because it's my original plan to begin with! >D Great minds think alike...yes...I must spread the epicness....must...spread...)

Oh yeah edge feather...I kinda wanted to release it as soon as I finished it, and I got a little lazy to import it into After Effects to mask it, so I edge feathered it instead...it looked better on my program. =/
