Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Ah hell yes I love this video. It didn't bore me at all, which is odd because I usually enjoy fast paced AMVs. Amazing work O: best 3 clips ever

Intermediate frames? What you mean? I cut all hold frames, and Twixted only the unique frames.
Since the source was sufficiently "slow", we got such a cool effect "Slo-Mo"
Bauzi wrote:So was this in 60fps or was a regular framerate enough for this experiment?
If the source was not sufficiently "slow", regular framerate will be enough.
But as he was "slow", then why not 60fps? :)

Thanks for comment's

Some frames in the falling down scene have partial transparency. So you see some blending. That's probably because the changes between some frames were too much for Twixtor. I think if you would have used some intermediate frames your could have prevent this blending. You would have to make your own frames in Photoshop.

Reminded a lot of that other video I saw on Vimeo by using the Phantom HD Camera. breaking down each move at 1000 frames per second. As for the video itself, theres was nothing much going on and the first scene was a bit too long. Still, it's nice seeing another unique work from you.

Keep it up

Yes, I know...I saw that the animation in the last scene is not very "Twixted"...
Ideally, it was necessary to separate the background and manually animate guy...but I do not want to spend much time on this video...

Glad to see that people like this amv.
