Getting now. And why didn't you get me a birthday present? :(

That was great! Real glad I got to be a part of it. :D
Highlights for me include the 'It's all fun and games until someone loses an eye' title and videos and of course godix' track there at the end. Overall, very very sweet indeed.

Oh right, I was in L.A. all day yesterday, that's why its taken me so long to actually get the video and post here. Sorry about that.

I had no trouble watching this in one sitting. I always was looking forward to the next track and it was very hard to foresee what would come next.

Only bad thing is that some editors hit their given title so good that the new title came out very similar.

I enjoyed that.

The Haruhi/Death Note intro was amusing :)

No go back to work on the next-best one Image

Yey! Mission accomplished :D
Note: H.264 edition coming eventually.
...yeeeeeaaa >__>

(for those wondering, check the MEP thread. Oto fsk'd up badly and lost some files...)
godix wrote:I'd like to thank all those other people. And especially Otohiko for not ducking.
No need to thank, it was pure realism. My average reaction time is about equal to the memory span of a goldfish.

Talking? What about editing for it?
Congrats on the distinction of making the only horror/terror (as opposed to godix's slightly tongue-in-cheek horror/drama) segment :P

Who the hell is that 3rd face?

And thanks for making some of the funkiest stuffs on this. My brother, who by the way didn't really like the project, seems to absolutely dig your 1st track (the cat soup one).
Ileia wrote:Yay! I liked it! Some of the stuff made me laugh really hard. But I'm not gonna spoil it for anyone reading the topic =x

We watched this at Koop and Atom's apartment, along with trythil and peropero and it seemed to be generally enjoyed. It was like our own private AMV showing.
Nice!

I bet at least one of the 'stuff' was Kit's, wasn't it

Yay! I didn't have the only comedy track ^_^!
Ha! You were worried?
I personally was far more concerned if any besides mine were gonna end up not comedy/action... glad I was wrong!

Thus the note in the description :P

Actually, that's the *cough*, no, I'm not gonna comment on how that track ended up there >__>
i enjoyed the two tracks my blurbs spawned - dirty little secret - which came out edited quite well, and somedays it just isn't there - for it's insightful interpretation of the blurb.
I remember when I got back from my trip in august and had Jasper fill me in on the progress... as soon as I heard "some days, it just isn't there" + "Kitsuner", I rofl'd already.

Oh snap. First godix, now you. Who else are we missing?

All the longer and stranger for us, but nice to hear it works well in 20 minutes :)

Yeah.... That's what I get for giving ideas to godix.

I would feel guilty, but it was too funny for that.
I have to confess that one reason I kicked it off the original line-up was because as soon as I saw it, I uh... died so hard that I knew it needed to come at the end. (for those who don't know - godix originally made it as Track 3, given the options of either "rime of the ancient mariner" and "food. lots of food" - and using, well, both).

I'm almost curious what the next title would've been like had it stayed there

I have to confess.

I don't know your birthday

Thanks to you too. Sure took you a while to deliver that track... but eh, in the end it was probably worth it! (yours has the distinction of being the most multi-sourced one)

Aw. Can you PM me the LQ anyway? I actually lost that track (along with my lossless files) and would like it just for the hell of it.

(for those who don't know, inthesto was also originally up for track 3, using "food. lots of food" - but the content was such that it'd make one not want to come near food for a while. It was vetoed off local by a mod.)
Coffee 54 wrote: Oh right, I was in L.A. all day yesterday, that's why its taken me so long to actually get the video and post here. Sorry about that.
We don't mind, so long as you get. Which'd be strange if you didn't, seeing how you were one of the more active peeps on the whole thing :P

Props on using Voltaire in a track by the way. Was a real joy entering another Voltaire song into the .org database (yea, I'm a bit of a fan) :)
Streicher wrote:I had no trouble watching this in one sitting. I always was looking forward to the next track and it was very hard to foresee what would come next.
Great! Looks like the variety we expected did the trick. Thanks on that.
Only bad thing is that some editors hit their given title so good that the new title came out very similar.
I guess it's sort of unavoidable; especially when you consider that it's a game that's supposed to be 'blind', and for the sake of not cheating I don' t think we could just tell the writers "that's not a valid title!"
But yea. There was a bit too much 'innocence' in there :P

Aw, thanks! At least someone likes what I did with it.
^BlooD^ wrote:uoooohoooh the begining was awesome :P
More than one apparently :P

I should upload the 'original' (music-less preview) version of the intro sometime. People might laugh at the 'audio' I used in it.

Thanks all!

(yea, what, I like this obligatory-response thing >__>)
