Large video [MEP] upload request

Hello,

We finished our MEP project last week. The filsize is 250 MB. The MEP coordinator uploaded it while requested permission for the large filesize due to a MEP project.
It was about 4 days ago but his request did not accepted yet. Usually how long does it take to accept these requests?
