• Comments: I guess you could call this a 'just because' video. There was no real reason behind making the video, other than the fact that I thought the music matched the movie. There's no real 'deeper meaning', other than that outlined below.
  
  I've put it under the 'character profile' because I really tried to get the video to focus on Deunan and Briareos as a pair, but there's very little suitable material of Bri, as, let's face it, he's not exactly the most expressive person when it comes to body language, so the video reall follows Deunan more than anything.
  
  The music was editted down simply for practical reasons. If I had left it at it's full 4:42 length, there simply wasn't really enough decent material to fill in the 'show them no fear, show them no pain' lines (there should be four more in total), and even though the song matches the style of the movie, I didn't believe the solo in the track does, where the tone of the song lightens. I really wanted to try and outline the darker parts of the movie, mostly the pain and suffering that Deunan goes through for very little visible benefit.
  
  Lastly, I suppose I should explain the title of the movie. Prometheus was a God of Greek mythology who stole fire from Zeus and gave it to mankind, along with other kinds of technology. Zeus punished Prometheus for destroying his plans for reforming the world by having an eagle eat away at his immortal body, and then to punish mankind, created a girl called Pandora, who was basically evil in human form, who was unleashed upon the world.
  Prometheus is a continuing theme throughout the series of four Appleseed mangas, mostly in the titles, but the theme appears in subtle ways throughout the content. The 'sword' bit of the title came from remebering how Luke describes Jaina as 'the Sword of the Jedi' in one of the books of the New Jedi Order series. Considering how Jaina and Deunan seem to have similar personalities, and how Deunan is manipulated by the Government of Olympus (both in the manga and the movies) into a tool for their own purposes, then the title 'Sword of Prometheus' just seemed to work.

  Also, this should be my last video that uses such simple editting. I'm fed up using the same effects all the time. It's about time I delved deeper into After Effects (and my imagination, twisted as it is) ^_^.
