This is the first video I've done to a very popular anime as well. It was entered in the Anime Expo 2002 contest, but didn't make the cut to the finals. I sent it to Otakon as well, so hopefully it'll show there.
I added a lens flare effect to part of the opening animation, I wanted the clip I used to last longer, and just having Vash freeze in place looked weird, so I added the lens flare to continue the motion without having those extra frames of animation.
