This video was originally shown at the Ayacon Five AMV screening, as well as during the cosplay masquerade (wasnt expecting that one). Its basically a simple action AMV with a teeny hint of romance. Hmmm, not sure if that sounded right but i'll go with that..
Anyways, it took a few months to make (what can I say im slow) and I used Premiere 6 for the bulk of the work, which seemed very determined to keel over and die a horrible death in the later stages. I did a little modification on the Aya version but most of it remains the same, the only notable change was the credit part is now the album version (76) of the song instead of the dodgy slowed-down edit I tried to make with Premiere. The file was also encoded in vbr Xvid, as apposed to the large DivX5 file the comittee had - it took me a while to get my calculations right which is the main reason it took so long to get it online following the event (that and I wanted to play safe and if it went down extrememly badly we could all just pretend it didnt happen) XD
I tried a few new effects, some of which I dont think worked and probably wont use again, while a few others looked good. Although next time il try and do something bit more original than 'another damn trance amv' (not enough people make these imo :D) . Likewise it was a lot of fun to make and I hope you enjoy watching it. Thanks to all the people who supported me at the Aya AMV event too, in particular Inertia and sarinthesky, cheers guys.
