Forget the fact that he's a cold-blooded, psychotic killer for a second and think about how much of a gentleman he is (at times...). that's why Dr. Jackel (aka, Kurudo Akabane) is my favorite character in GetBackers: not because his fighting style is cool, but because he has manners!
